Pinpoint Visuals offers digital products, including but not limited to video footage, photos, and other downloadable content, as well as custom photo and video creation services. All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Usage License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for personal or commercial purposes as specified on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product purchased from Pinpoint Visuals.

AI Disclaimer

All footage and images are created using AI technology and may include minor imperfections or artifacts inherent to AI-generated content.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom orders, full upfront payment is required before work commences.

Revisions for Custom Work

Custom photo and video services include one (1) revision, unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review our Refund Policy for additional details.
